Community Achievement Points (CAPS)

Many members of our community go above and beyond to help get our game off the ground and keep it running! As a thank you we reward something called CAPS: Community Achievement Points. These points can then be spent for a variety of benefits within our local game (Dystopia Rising Kansas), but are not usable/transferable to other Games within the Dystopia Rising Network.

CAPs are awarded at the discretion of game runners to recognize individuals who go above and beyond in making the game an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s helping a fellow player, assisting game staff, donating props, or stepping up as an NPC, these efforts strengthen the world we create together.

CAPs Award Tiers

  • Good Lookin' Out – 10 CAPs
A small but meaningful nod of appreciation for lending a hand.

  • Darn Fine Work – 25 CAPs
Recognizing those who go the extra mile to support the game and their fellow players.

  • Owed a Round – 50 CAPs
For those moments where someone’s help truly made a difference.

  • Legend in the Making – 100 CAPs
An exceptional award for game-changing contributions.

Additional Ways to Earn CAPs

  • Extra Casting – 15 CAPs per hour
For volunteering additional time as an NPC and bringing the world to life.

  • Guides – 60 CAPs per event attended
For those who go above and beyond to welcome, support, and lead others.

  • Donations from the game’s official wish list are awarded CAPs at a 1:1 ratio, allowing you to receive the same value in CAPs as a token of appreciation. These contributions directly enhance the game world, ensuring an even richer experience for all. You can find our current Wish List on Discord or Facebook.

If we run out of cabin beds we reserve the right to have any empty beds used. There are only two rooms available, so it is first come, first serve.
